I bought two pair and some extension cables and 3.5mm to 1/4" adapters. The adapters kind of suck. The headphone extension cables do their job. The headphones are fine for ~$23 each. I'd buy from Monoprice again, but can't say I'm very excited about the adapters, but at <$1 each you get what you pay...

I have been trying to "standardize" to Reaper, but making CDs in Samplitude is so dang easy. Samplitude's stock plug ins are awesome (and I am no fan boy of Magix). Reaper is easily my digital tape deck of choice. I do have a 4 track Yamaha cassette deck and a Fostex E-16 reel-to-reel to choose from...

For me the issue seems to be that I have to increase the buffer too much to record with Mixbus compared to Reaper or (on Windows) Samplitude...drop outs, glitches at low latency recording settings...YMMV...but like I said, I will continue to support Mixbus. I believe their paradigm is unique in our ...

I have Harrison Mixbus, but unfortunately it's not as friendly as other DAWs I use. I like it's "sound" and user interface, but don't like it's editing and other computer-oriented stuff like file handling. I will continue to support and upgrade my Mixbus, but it is not super easy like other (previou...

OK, thanks. Where do you notice the difference? Care to elaborate at all? Harrison Mixbus seems to make the recording sound "more expensive" to me. Scientifically, I have no clue what that translates to...nonetheless, when I get past my backlog and schedule (projected, July 2012) I will "play" with...

How about balancing two songs against each other for continuity? ...I A/B tracks between songs all the time to help build a mix that translates throughout the album. Lately, I have been working with multitrack location recordings from different dates (different settings)...access to multiple session...

With Harrison Mixbus, it is very easy to get great sounding mixes and so far it's been virtually impossible for me to overload the system and drive it into digital clip/crap. My aggrevation comes from a large work load of projects and the unavoidable inefficiency I discovered in Ardour. I'm used to ...

"You can save "as" and will be saved in snashots tab." That is not good enough. I needed to change the name of the song, so I wanted to "Save As" to give a file name that matched the song title...this is a basic function that can not be done on the current version...it does seem like an elementary f...
