I put the first reflection absorbers back and started to do more treatments on the back walls but up high.

I have a fader port.....it stopped working....

I guess those are all good points.

So at some point I have to get a current mac and buy pro tools all over again which sucks.

I seem to be even farther behind the curve as I'm still rocking a non intel mac PPC that works flawlessly [99% of the time] So I can't talk to software guys any more as I'm left in the past. getting better

Just upgraded my monitors to custom built 8" woofer and 1" tweeter with active crossover network and now I have a better handle on the low end. Needs 2 stereo power amps to run it...
Next I want a McOne Active controller so I can sell the Central station.

Upgrades!!

Super 70 Studio gets a discrete console

Well it only took a year of finding parts and rewiring etc but it's finally in operation 1974 Allen & Heath Mod 2. 16 channels of discrete goodness. Not a chip in sight. Super 70 is 15x30 x12 [with 2 ft above the drop ceiling] exact dimensions a the PIT at Motown..same construction as well.

no code......just my Makita drill!! Took off the side wall absorbers and put them behind the speakers and things sounded a little better..
