Have to agree about the samples FL comes with - originally targeted for dance/techno - now has its sights set on hip hop/rap (FPC :) ) but with the right sample set it will do anything. Plus it will mangle a sample with the fewest clicks of any of them (Try duplicating "pogo" on any other system :) )

Most of the time its the leads to the piezo element that was fried. The back of the older tweeter was screwed in - you could open the back and solder a lead directly to the piezo element. I think its almost impossible to fry a piezo element. I think the new ones are all modled tho. Funny thing about...
