ordering the parts shouldn't be that terrible. i should pull the tapeop article, but i bet it wouldn't be that hard to get a parts list. i'd be more than happy to collaborate on this, to me, the roadblock was getting a pcb...

when i inquired about it last summer, mojave just said 'buy our new mic' and didn't seem too enthusiastic about getting the parts for the kit.
