tonight, i had a few minutes to mess around so i opened up a new session in PT, put up the royer stereo mic in front of the kit (about 10 feet back). i then patched the mic into a pair of neve 1064s and then into a dbx 166sl (i think.. it's the big blue one). i came close to distorting the neves. hu...
