FS 2 AARDVARK Q10s

I've had these 2 Q10s working flawlessly together in Cubase and Reaper. Both units are in great condition and come with pci card and cable. Used in smoke free pet free environment. Great all in one option for an 8 channel recording interface. I've seen them go on ebay recently for $350.00 http://cgi...

Funny how reaper rhymes with cheaper, deeper, and keeper!

To me, the name reaper seems more synonymous with reaping the harvest than the grim reaper. The beauty of subjective perspective.

I have only exported stem files from cubase since making the switch.

It's definitely worth a try.

Yes, George's work is great!

These things kill on loud sources.

I'd buy this last pair if I had the dough.

For some reason I don't doubt that the band could pull it off on any given day in the studio. Their track record is amazing. If the final product sounds good does it really matter? Though having the full band track together just makes things so much more cohesive. If anything it leaves sticky drum a...

I've gotten killer results with a ribbon mic a few inches or so from the bassist's plucking hand.

Yes, Reaper becomes more and more impressive with every update.

The routing is pretty amazing. There are definitely some things that could make it an easier change for cubase and protools users but so far the price is right and the support is impeccable.

You should be able to get a decent sound going direct into the pro channel.

What kind of sound are you trying to achieve?

All the Carvin gear I've ever owned has been used, reliable, and economical. As far as it sounding good, well, is tone not a subjective thing? I made it work. I've heard what one would think to be a great guitar and amp combo sound uninspiring, and conversely I've heard what one would think to be a ...
