WaveLab or Samplitude on the PC, but generally just for cutting parts and hosting an L2/L3 instance as necessary. All serious processing, if any is even needed, is outboard. No eq on the way in is totally the way to go. No eq in general is the way to go for the majority of the elements in your mix....
