I think you can nudge stuff around in lees than 1 ms increments... In fact I think you can pretty much move things around in sub-frames as long as your ruler is set on sub-frames and not seconds. could be wrong, I'll check tomorrow. I use mine with my ML-52 (octava ribbon) and a big fat cheep-o nady toob mic.

It's got a little room to spare on the octava. I really really like it too.
