Bump! Hey kids. Still have the Bitrman...if anyone has anything interesting in trade, I'd be all ears. Was thinking about keeping it (and may end up doing so if no interesting offers come in) but I'm not using it much of late and I'd love to see it go to a good home where it'll get some love. A hand...

A recap, to me, is like an oil change. Has to be done once in a while. I wouldn't lose any sleep over it. Field coils are reconable- a dude here in KC named John Vanderslice (not the Tiny Telephone 'Slice, but same name) at Slice Speaker Service was able to recone the field coils in a pair of '30s G...

BF Fender Bandmaster, Le Domino Parlor guitar, etc FS

Hey kids! Selling off a couple of things to raise money to get my kiddo off to school next month. Included are a BF Bandmaster I believe is a '66 or '67, and a pretty amazing '30s Regal-made parlor guitar. Here's a link to ads with pics and whatnots: http://www.tdpri.com/phpclassifieds/showcat.php?c...

I, for one, hope we do hear more from Califone this year. Maybe, at the very least, I'll get to catch I&W with at least some of them- love I&W too.

Indeed- it's great for lots of things, actually. I like using it to rough up acoustic guitar occasionally- using the bit crusher or decimator at lower settings does something really nice and grainy to nylon-string sounds. The ring mod function, set low, does some great tremolo, especially split betw...

I built a "ghetto plate" five years ago (and then another, smaller one maybe two years ago for my daughter) using the Sonic Ghost. It's okay...I mounted it using the plastic disc it comes with, but after some tweaking, I replaced the long screws that came with it with shorter bolts and used rubber w...

Bump...'cause my lazy ass still hasn't listed the Bitrman on eBay. Also, would be interested in trades involving a tube spring reverb or maybe a Fulltone Clyde Deluxe...thanks for looking!

Re: March 2010 Issue & DIY

Hey! I built the slinky-verb this afternoon. Total expenditure: $3 it sounds, as one would expect, trashy as hell, but not in an entirely bad way. It sounds really nifty behind fat synth sounds, and gated on drum loops it adds something interesting as well. photos of building it here and a quick au...

Having trouble getting pics to load here, but there's an ad over here at the TDPRI with pics:

Listed there at $200 OBO, as per my ad here I'd take $175 shipped in the CONUS. Thanks for looking at this way too damned long thread!

Bump! I told a fella (or gal, I guess) I'd hold onto the Bitrman for a week or so two weeks ago, but he/she still hasn't paid, so...couple more days and it's off to eBay.

I don't wanna hafta deal with eBay...somebody buy this Bitrman already! BTW, by "reasonable" I mean about the going market rate, which seems to be in the neighborhood of $185 or so, so yeah...if anyone wants it, $185 shipped in the lower 48 takes it. Thanks!
