Amphenol may not realize it's used on mics also but they do make them. Like i said I bought several very recently for 6 dollars a piece. It is the same connector that is on many point of sale devices: 3 pin din.

www.mouser.com has the connectors
i ordered 3 last month
Tuchel is now Amphenol so search that for 3 pin Din connector...
ummm... part # 523-T3261-001
Pin 1 is positive signal
Pin 2 is Ground
and Pin 3 is signal negative.

umm the nano has a harddrive in it.
you could get get one of those idj things that lets you do dj with two ipods hehe.
or keep one in your car and another for jogging etc...

the Epiphone Shariton, Supernova and Rivera are some very nice semi-hollow guitars under 1k US.
I also like some of the Ibanez Artcores, only the full hollow body big ones though like the AF85...

I agree, that is one of my favorite recordings of all time right now. I read in another post somewhere here that it was done in Jack White's house w/ Coles ribbons. Not sure about the board or other details but the Coles mics in BIG rooms and the awesome engineer porobably made that sound.

yea i found the same thing about the converters... I'm thinking it has something to do with the preamps too. The firepod is a bit harsher on the highs than my makie mixer's pre's. I bought the presonus firepod about a year ago and after struggling with many problems with it I "upgraded" to an Echo Audiofire 12. I have a Mackie 1604 so I didn't really need the preamps offered in the Audiofire 8. But yea the firepod has alot of problems with it's firmware. If you get one don't ...
