I heard that Dave Friedman sometimes wires up blown/ripped speakers, lays them on the floor and mics them up. Seems like it could sound cool for something.

I've owned an 192 rig for over a year now and have never recorded over 96k. I usually just run 88.2 and I'm happy with my recordings/mixes.

They look identical but there are a lot more of the MK's on ebay as I'm looking....
