I just lay mine in a drawer. It is almost indestructible, I think. I just moved cross country and I have had mine for 2 years and have not done anything to take care of it and it has not discolored or dented or changed in any way. I love mine too. So many things you can do with it. I think a cool ba...

I read you FAQ a couple of weeks ago and decided that when I redo my site I am totally ripping you off, sorry. I can't imagine putting together a better one, so I wont. Can I just do a "What he said" and then link to you site? Kidding, kind of, but you FAQ is the best I have read.

Tape Op: The Book Volume 2

Just got home from PLC in NOLA, LOL, and it was great and I was very happy to find my book here. I have not read a single word yet and I would like to congratulate all involved in getting this out already. The look and feel of the the book is great. The vibe alone will make it more enjoyable and I a...

Thanks. I think I figured out a way to get both a live room and a drum booth/lounge. I have never been able to get that cool "small/tight" drum sound so a small space would be cool to have.

Drum Booth

I am getting ready to move and will be building my 2nd home studio. I have been looking at a lot of designs on line and have noticed how many small rooms are labeled as drum booths while the live room is larger. Is a small drum room a good idea? Do they sound good if done right? Is it actually a pos...

I built mine because I wanted to record and I knew there was a niche I could fill but I didn't want the pressure of having to pay rent or make money.

I have an MS 16 in good shape. I am selling it because I also have an MCI machine. It has 16 channels of DBX, the remote and all. I have the manual as well. The only problem I know of is that one wheel is missing off the remote stand. Let me know if you are interested and I will send pics. Where are...

Recording a Choir

I might be recording a choir and then selling copies of the performance. Does any one know what type of copy right/ licensing issues I would have to deal with? Is it just like when you record a band doing covers?

Thanks

Does any one have any idea what type of reverb he uses on his voice? I know it is mostly his technique, but the reverb sounds so good.

WTB 1" (One Inch) NAB hubs

I just bought an MCI JH-110 1" 8 track and need hubs for it, please help if you can. If you don't have any to sell, but have an idea of where I might look that would be great too. Thanks

I have used them too. They can be busy but seemed very fair and can do almost anything you need.
