SanCastle Mastering

My 'project mastering' room is at my house. I named it because my last name is SanFilippo and every man's home is his Castle.

Most wide track pro machines will have 15/30 ips. Many narro track machines won't. Some can be modded and there must have been some made to run at 30ips.

In order of importance:

Player
Drum
Tuning (mufling if needed)
mic choice
Plaacement
Mic pre
"processing" (EQ, compression etc)

I won't get into medium or levels...

Don't rule out 1/4".

I think the Radius 20 is the nicest peice in the Radius line. I'm sell one because I love my console EQ so much. PM me for details.

I'll look tonight for the model number. I use it on my secondaries, that don;t sound great to start with, but I don't think it degrades. Teh NS-10s still sound like NS-10s...
