Thanks, Chris! Those rates are super reasonable! I'd also love a chance to come in and see the process. I'll definitely hit you up for my next lacquer!

You completely neglected to mention that this guy's positive feedback rating was below 80% at the time of the sale. You probably did get ripped off. But, you also (hopefully) learned a lesson about buying from people with low ratings. BUYER BEWARE!

Chris,
Do you guys do flat-cut lacquers? Or does the lacquer have to be included in the "whole enchilada" package?

To me it just seems dickish to bash eBay all the time when it's eBay who continue to bail you out of all of these aborted transactions. eBay seems to be working great for you. And, despite multiple attempts at fishing for sympathy, nobody here has come forth with similar tales of regular difficultie...

LOLZ. I've had similar experiences on ebay. I've sold items to people who were so intensely paranoid about doing online transactions that they freaked and panicked at the notion that I actually lived in the real world and wasn't sitting around waiting to immediately respond to their correspondence. ...

It could definitely be that the particular sounds are more susceptible to those kinds of artifacts. It could also be that the sounds have similar characteristics to those artifacts. I do hear some tremolo and verby feedback that sound similar to that weird mp3 artifact stuff. I've still only had a c...

I also think that what are being described as "artifacts" are things that are common to the type of music that you're doing. I love it. Very interesting and extreme sounds. Nice work!

I keep them long enough to know I'm not returning the item. Then, they go in the recycling. We're not talking about Star Wars action figures. Having the original packaging doesn't really increase the value of an item you're just going to take out of the packaging and hopefully use every day. Keeping...

I checked it out just based on Marc saying it reminded him of Cold Cave. I agree! I like this!

I think the harsh criticisms of the guy who made a faux pas or two in this thread come off a lot worse than the couple mistakes he made. To think that music has to be current or that the musician has to be aware of or involved in what's popular at the moment to make music that's "relevant" or have ...

There's a big difference between a "faux pas or two" and the string of shitty comments this guy has made in this thread.
