I have a classic 30 and love it. I put new tubes in it and a replaced the speaker with a Weber Blue Dog. Once it was broken it, it sounds great with my telecaster. A wonderful clean tone and a dirty channel that takes pedals well! I think it is a great amp that has plenty of volume but also works we...

Looking for an Echo Layla 20-bit soundcard
Hello, Just tossing out a feeler. I assume that many have moved passed the need for this unit. If you have one that is taking up space or even if you have the rack mount unit and cord but not the PCI slot card, I might be interested in working out a deal. Don't expect to make a lot of money but I am...

I already live in Minnesota and own a own PM-2000, otherwise I would snag it. I love mine. It does sound good. Plus they are good for modifications. I put John Hardy 990 opamp's on the outputs and I like it that way. I also put those little jumpers in my board but I have a couple bad connections so ...

I think that unit uses the block opamps (like in the PM-2000) in the output section. I don't remember much beyond that. I started with a PM-700 and it had a nice sound but limited routing. I think it is a good place to start and see if you like it. Having a few different sonic choices is not a bad t...

Stereo 4050?
Chris, I had not heard of this one. I use my 4050 pair for stereo all the time but a single 4050 stereo mic might be worth looking into. Thanks. Thanks for all the other suggestions as well. My thought with the single mic is that it keeps line of sight open during the events and might be easier to s...
