Harrison TV3 (broadcast MR3) console. 32 channels. 16 mono channels w/ preamp, 4 band EQ, filters, 8 stereo channels w/ 3 band EQ, filters. Working order, but would really benefit from a full go through. It's got a l...

You could grab something to run into the optical input of your 003 if you don't mind stopping at 48k. I used a similar setup for years. Using an RME UFX with a mobile Pro Tools rig now, which is pretty nice. Totalmix software is daunting at first, but works really well. Onboard preamps are totally g...

The KSM141 is an excellent workhorse microphone and IMO the star of the series. They're great in so many applications. Killer drum mics, up close or at distance. Cool on electric guitar. A pair is a good addition to almost any collection. Present and bright but not hyped or especially prone to harsh...

CMV563 noise

I bought a CMV a while back that's got a bit of a noise problem. It arrived fairly quiet and nice; within a week it was screaming static. I replaced the PSU with a Drefahl unit + cables, which helped a lot (it was unusable before.) It's still got more low frequency-centered hum than I'd use for anyt...

Only the EQ left. Adding a Moog Voyager or Oberheim TVS as trade wants.

Guitar/bass pedals/parts, Eurorack/synth/drum machine stuff

Encore Universal Event Generator (Eurorack format.) Can be used an an envelope generator, a sequencer, or as just a totally awesome looking blinking lights machine. Paring down my modular to a mini-size. $215. Malekko/Wiard Anti-Ocsillator (Eurorack.) Sounds awesome, capable of normal cool sounds o...

Groove Tubes MD1A + Standard Audio Level-Or + Mercury EQP1

Selling one of my two MD1As. This one is marked "A" on the bottom; the two sound a bit different from one another. This one has more top end and less bottom of the two - I would generally use this one on vocals and the other on electric instruments. When you get closer to it the proximity effect fil...

My understanding was AEA was the only place that has the actual Coles ribbon material outside of Coles itself. I just got one back from AEA. It took a long time to get it back as they contacted me from an AOL account which my spam filter blocked... about 7 weeks in they called me for billing. So... ...

Does this include mid/side? What we have is basically mid/side minus the mid.

I agree/think it's a drag. My entire adult life has been post-Napster era, really, so I don't have the pre-piracy experience - but how many small/struggling bands made their money on album sales pre-Napster, and in the past ten years of escalating filesharing? Was it "the way" to make a living, or w...

Thanks. I *think* we were only doing it on some really reverbed-out guitars and synths; hopefully it'd be all high enough frequency to get away with it.
