yeah, you still need to use the two outs that it's assigned to pan back and forth between. otherwise, it has nowhere to really pan to.

You can use a 250nWb/m to calibrate, you just need to set your repro levels to +3vu where it calls for you to set them to 0vu. Typically it is:
Pin 1 = Sleeve
Pin 2 = Tip
Pin 3 = Ring

and that should do it for you.

Is there an external fuse? Is it blown? Are there multiple external fuses? Sometimes ther is a fuse on the V+rail, the V- rail and on the Phantom rail.
