Education, experience, attitude, ability to work with others, does this person do anything else, like: train assistant engineers, talk to engineers about session details, order rental gear for clients, align machines, maintain studio computer network, maintain web sites, ...

I manage 16 wireless G devices at the facility I work at, and have never had an issue with audio equipment... Once when a film crew was using wireless cameras, the whole place went DEAD! I would not worry about it as equipment designers incorporate measures to keep RF from coupling into audio signal...
