Also on Zaireeka, just multitracking all 4 discs to one doesn't cut it. The point is that there needs to be 8 speakers. and drift. True. we had problems syncing our start times, so i put all four on the pro-tools, out through the 8 outputs on the digi001, and it wasn't really the same. It was howev...

I have to vote against the events. I have the TR5s, and after a year, one stopped working. I don't use them often, and never push them hard. now I can't even find a single one to replace the broken one. The guitar center tried to sell me a new pair of some other thing. uggh. I think I would go with ...

I have 9 guitars, each different, 2 of them hand made (not the necks) If I had to collect them all over again, I would make sure not to try for the all-in-one sounding guitar. real Tele's are the best sounding tele's available, something that sounds like a cross between a telecaster and a silvertone...

Re: reason and protools
If you are talking about protools 5.1 or any of the OS9 versions, the program is not rewire, it's called refuse. They have a web site you can download a demo at so you can try it and conclude that it would be easier to just bounce the reason loops to disk and import them into protools as audio. That...

Re: Tracks Ram or Proccesor
I may be mistaken, but I am under the impression that virtual memory and audio recording programs will cause hickups. I'm a little confused by why microsoft xp with 1 gig of ram would want virtual memory (it seems to want it). I always disable it, and let it tell me when it's run out of physical mem...

Re: Orange Guitar Amps
is this one of the new ones? I have one of the old ones, and I can only say it sounds better the louder it gets. This is a problem for recording.
The other thing is that the cabinet is heavy. like 150lbs or something. damn. I like it though.

Re: Phase question
As far as sliding tracks around, this is the same as moving mics farther away from the source. This will help change some phase issues, but if you are trying to correct say, drums in two mics, lining up the snares (which you can do visually) might wack the bass drum out. Also, you should note that d...

If you haven't done it, disable Virtual Memory! This is important.

Re: can someone please give me the definition of Class A?
Class C - only half the wave is amlified. This is most efficient. Radio transmitters that transmit in the MegaHertz range use this, otherwise they would be too expensive to operate. Class B - Push/pull. For transisters, this means one part of the circuit amplifies the positive part of the signal, an...

The quality isn't all that great, but if you want it, I can upload it somewhere so you can have it... That was something I f...
