Try turning the gains down a bit on the 58s, I rarely have feed back trouble with those.

Re: I just dont understand the hype..

Things I don't get: SM58 - yeah, I get the 57, but the 58 just doesn't do any justice for anything - not even live vocals, still it seems to be the 'industry standard'. It has no feedback rejection, it makes everything dull and lifeless. Grrr!!What am I missing here? Yer getting feedback?? Whats ye...

Thanks for telling what the MF does. I can tell you, there IS noise, and there IS no top end. The Arion analog delay that I paid less than 50 bucks for sounded far superior. What I heard on the MF was unacceptable, especially for $700.

Ok... I went BACK to the store and and tried two different MF-104'z. The first sounded fuckin' great, until I plugged the expression pedal into the Delay Time. Then: The delay signal became slightly distorted, noisy, and lost the top end. Switched over the other pedal and got the same result. Played...

This is an unfair question. I really don't have any CDs, but I've got like 5'000 records. Yah, I debated on what to title it. I thought about using "record" instead of CD because to me anything that's released is a record. But I figured more people would have CD's then vinyl around and if I said "r...

I've been thinking about that a lot too. There is such an excitement these days about "Bleeding," so if you do it right, you might be able to get something pretty good, that sounds more and more like a live band.

Just do it!!! I mean, just find a decent place to put the mic. If you keep at it, you'll just end up with a better sense and it will keep sounding better. But I mean,w hy do you want to record by your self anyways??? What ever your reason, that's the point, not to get a "perfect" recording on every ...

Didn't buy it, just played with it at the store. I'll try it again though, didn't have a loop set up.

I agree, its not typical for moog.

6 is a lot. I have been happy with the Shure BG 4.1, which goes for dirt cheap on ebay. A lot of people use the AKG something or other..... But I've been real happy with the shure.
