I contacted Wavelab and the Pearl mic used during that workshop was the DT40.

Anyone take note of which model Pearl mic was being used during the Minimal Drum Mic'ing Workshop?

Based on seeing it from a distance I'm guessing it was the CC22?

It sounded fantastic, nice and detailed... surgical without being sterile.
