TT Patchbays For Sale
I have 5 96 point TT patchbays for sale. I believe they are switchcract. The are all in good shape, but need the wires cleaned off the back. They are the solder on type, and were recently pulled out of a post house that used them very little. I can't figure out how to post a picture on here, but I c...

Plugging the hole
kayagum. I know you were trying to be funny, but you've obviously never lived in San Francisco or New York. I've been living in this same one bedroom apartment for 12 years and it's rent controlled. I couldn't afford to move to the Tenderloin or Bayview in a studio for what I'm paying in rent now. W...

plugging the archway
Thanks for the info. By the way, there is a door out of the room through the kitchen(we converted the dining room into a bedroom). I thought about the futon thing a few years ago, then I saw Great White burn up in Rhode Island, and I didn't know how good that would be. I think the frame with the she...

Plugging up an archway
I need help in deciding what to do with the archway that links my daughters room with the living room/mix room. Here are some links of the pictures I've taken: http://www.transmediasf.com/insidewall.jpg http://www.transmediasf.com/wallwidth.jpg http://www.transmediasf.com/studioside.jpg I know a qui...

For Trade: Lucid GenX6 Word Super Clock Generator
I have a Lucid GenX6 Word Super Clock Generator that I'm looking to trade. It's been in my home studio for the last two years, and I haven't been doing much work at home lately. It's in excellent shape, and I have all the original packaging. I'm looking to trade for a mic like a SM7(or 7B), RE20(PL2...

Joel is right. I use a sennheiser 416 for VO work almost on a daily basis, plugged in to a John Hardy M-1. It is the best VO mic I've worked with so far. It rejects alot of room noise and ambience. The only problem I have with it is it can be a little "s"ey, which I usually take care of with the Wav...

Can someone pleas explain?
I've always wondered why certain bands, mostly southern rock bands, have two drummers. I watch VH1 Classic sometimes and I'll see live concert videos by 38 Special or the Doobie Brothers, and they'll have two drummers, who sound like they are playing the exact same beat. What gives? Is there a reaso...

M916
I own one of these puppies, and I love it. I mainly use it as a summing mixer when I mix music. There's a Presonus Central Station hooked up to the main stereo mix, mainly acting as a master section which the M916 doesn't really have. Mix recalls haven't been much of a problem for me. I use the note...

I've replaced two batteries in my wife's and daughter's ipods. It's easy and I purchased the batteries at: http://eshop.macsales.com/shop/ipod/batteryreplacement/ They are good guys and have online instructional videos on how to replace the batteries. It also comes with tools. By the way I replaced ...
