if on mac,i believe there is a widget for Dashboard called "The Tapper". I do recall in my assisting days, that one could take a stopwatch and count the number of beats (foot tapping) in 11 (??!!) seconds. Somehow this was then interpolated into a tempo in milliseconds, which then could be divided i...

If you search on REP for d12, there was a bunch of discussion in the beginning of the year about this mic and low end issues. I believe it was JJ Blair posing the question.... I had the same floating screw issue (no-peircing)... maybe something in this : http://recforums.prosoundweb.com/index.php/m/...

Shudder to Think

So i just (finally) picked up Big Star "Third/Sister Lovers", and femme fatale is so beautifully put together, but i can't seem to enjoy the performance due to this nagging thought that STT covered this Lou Reed tune as well. locosoundman seems to have covered the issues you should concern yourself with. Figure of Eight Patterns will go a long way to reducing bleed. Having two recent sessions with singing/guitar-ing simultaneously, i used a 2247 in figure of eight for vox and an r84 for guitar, lining the nulls of the pi...
