The HD Setup we have has a really bad like 2 or 3 second pause from when you hit record. We have tried all of the different buffer sizes and all that stuff. But it always lags really bad. I would assume that it would make the cymbals more aggressive thus making them pop out more. and them on top of the original cymbals adds the waves together. But I could be wrong. and if i am just let me know.
