typically, azimuth screws have a spring under them, it tilts the head. the spring offers tension so the head won't move after adjustment. i see where that screw is on the picture, it's to the right of the repro and left of the record head. that's where i'd start...but i'm hesitant to say "go for it"...

sounds like either one of the stampers wasn't mounted perfectly in the center of the press. this causes the record to be off center and play like you described. this can easily happen as they set up the test pressing presses many, many times a day. does it happen on one or both sides? i'd order anot...
