Hard to say. I bet you'd be hard pressed to find another on the used market and saving a few hundred bucks, is well.... saving a few hundred bucks.

Latency depends on your hardware (& associated settings) and your whatever plugin you are running. I am getting about 2 ms of latency in and 2 ms out. Plus whatever plugin is adding. It is fine for reverbs, filters such. But if I want compression, eq, or other such things I can't use it or I have to...
