well, not completely....the xlr input just unexpectedly crapped out. at first i couldn't tell where the problem was coming from. my right speaker was getting crackly and intermittent, then let out one last creeeeeak and stopped working. after exhausting every other possibility, i tried plugging into...

i like using turbosynth for weird, gross digital distortion. anything you feed it comes out disgusting and unbearable, like botched bathtub lsd.....which is probably why trent reznor is supposed to have been a pretty big fan :)

it may be going against the grain to say so, but the kurzweil can do alot more than the wurlitzer - fun and awesome though the wurly may be! then again, i love pushing buttons! (i have a k2000, by the way, and i love it!) i'm sure you could save up a little cash and have both easily enough.

Mix two signals in a nonlinear medium and you'll end up with four - two at the original frequencies, a third at a new frequency that is equal to the sum of the two signals (the sum frequency) and a fourth at a frequency equal to the difference of the original two signals (the difference frequency)....
