I have been using the Waves L1 limiter on the inside kick mic lately and REALLY digging it. Anyone else do this? It seems to make the kick really come through the mix nicely and without too much click.

cool, it sounds nice. nothing too crazy, just a really nice kick sound that works well with the kit. i have a question, the diagram said it was a closed drum head. how did you get the mic in there? did you take the front head off , put the mic in there and then put the head back on? or am i confuse...
