Re: Orange Crush 10
What's also cool is that you can remove the back panel and get a totally different sound. Yeah, I've played around with that a little bit. I borrowed a VOX Pathfinder 15 (no verb) from a friend recently and it is a good little amp. I found it similar to the Orange in that it has some good clean ton...

Re: tips for buying my first electric
Play as many as you can until you find the guitar that has a neck that feels perfect in your hands. I had a Gibson that I loved, but it just didn't feel right in my hands so I traded it for a 60's Strat that felt perfect and I couldn't be happier.
P.S. You can't go wrong with a good Strat!

Re: Red Light Fever
I've been playing guitar for about 8 years and it still gets me sometimes. I guess the instant recording begins theres a certain amount of pressure to nail the take. I find sometimes I'm concentrating more on trying to not fuck up than I am on just feeling the music. I'm not really sure of a way aro...

I would have to disagree as the original Donkey Kong still kicks ass! I guess Bomberman has fallen on hard times.Bomberman '94 is the only videogame worth playing.

Orange Crush 10
I just picked up one of these little 10W amps a week or so ago, and haven't had a great deal of time to dial in some good tones yet. I was just wondering if anybody else has one and is able to get some good sounds and if it's better at clean or distorted. From what I've heard from playing it the dis...

Re: Studio/Music equipment insurance
Thx Shawn. Sonikbliss - Homeowner policies that (supposedly) cover music equipment make me VERY nervous, as I've heard of more than a few people getting burned badly on them when a crisis arose (ie. the gear was not actually covered/the insurance company wiggled out of paying for a loss on technica...

Re: metal rack boxes for DIY gear
http://www.elgee.com.au/catalog.html Just curious, have you ordered from them? What was the shipping like from Australia? No I haven't. I was going to order a box for a mic pre I was going to build from scratch, but I ended up getting an N72 kit from Seventh Circle Audio instead. (This pre FUCKIN' ...
