i can still totally remember being in a burgerking in a mall in west hartford, ct and hearing 'refugee' for the first time, thinking 'holyshitthisisawesome!' Ha, I guess you mean the West Farms mall! (I lived in Fairfield and Litchfield counties.) I agree, "Refugee" is one of those songs that's jus...

what is the benefit of denormalling? that still has me stumped. actually that question is for anyone. You want your effects, comps, delays, etc.denormalled because otherwise they create a feedback loop into themselves. I made this mistake when I first set up my patchbays. New Tom Petty film "Running Down a Dream"
I just watched this (over 3 nights!) and found it pretty entertaining. Lots of footage of the HB's in studios past and present (did they always have a camera around or what?). Lots of choice gear. I thought two of the most interesting points were: * the different styles of producers Jimmy Iovine and...

I've had them for a while too. They sound great, while you have a good seal. Unfortunately I can't seem to keep a good seal on them for longer than 15 minutes. I have this problem, too. But they still sound "good" without a perfect seal, so I can live with it. Mine came with different size tips, bu...
