I like the Grado SR80's good but not to crazy HIFI and a decent price. The 80's seem to translate better than the super high end ones.

If you have a quiet mix room the Grado Labs phones are amazing.

I would also trade for an FMR RNLA

The 121s at the studio are getting pulled out less often than in past years but then again who knows.
