Shure M63 rocks. They're a great little tool for stupid cheap money. I've got a rack full of them. Nice sounding bass and treble as well as hi-cut and low-cut filters.

I can't help with a list of diameters, but the RE15 (and the rest of that family of EV mics) use the Electro-Voice 311 or 312 mic clip. I believe the diameter of those clips is 3/4".

Regrettably, I'm selling my Purple Audio MC-77 (1176 clone).

Unit is in excellent shape and functions 100%. LEDs on right side of meter are out. Minor scratches on top of case. $1275 packed and shipped within the lower 48.

Agreed that you don't need anything fancy unless real problems crop up, but you should consider an uninterruptable power supply (UPS) for your computer and peripherals.
