Hi, In the newest issue of musicians friend there is a product called the Lexicon Omega Dekstop studio. Anyone familiar with this hardware and softward package? Is it any good?

Hi, whats up. I need some advice on being in a band. First, does age matter? I am going to be 21 in January and this guy I met online, who haven't met in person, is 18. His friends are 18 and 17. Hi, hows' it goin? I got an expanded roland vs880 digital workstation. I need the manual, because all I can figure out so far is how to get signal to the first 4 tracks and play it back. Does anyone know where to find the manual online, or have any advice for this multitrack? Iam getting kinda frust...

Good analog 8 track recorders ?

Hi, could anyone reccomend a good analog tape multi-track recorder? Something with 8 or maybe 16 tracks? I've looked on ebay, but am not sure whats quality or not. Anyone like the tascam portastudio 488, the one with eight tracks, thats featured in this months tapeop as used by the band Nerve Genera...
