cymbals that are relatively/comparatively flat, thin and with small bells sound 'washy' to me.
they are also usually not as 'loud.' and maybe even a little 'dark.' 'okay!'

did you open up the plugs and make SURE that the snakes are wired 3 pin hot to the machine? are you monitoring the input, you can press 'all input'.
can you play back from the machine? okay!

its okay for cheap verb. LOTS of parameters to control, adv edit mode, two lexi verb algorithms: Hall and Plate. also flanger, multitap, 'resonator', inverse, gate, and chorus algos... stores 128 user presets. the amount of control makes it useful to me sometimes. super moist. works. had mine for li...

so yesterday i bought one of these... for $140. but what else do i need to know? i plan on getting it professionally aligned and checked over, and i'll probably replace its rubber parts. then make my own "MRL" tape and just do it at home. i love tape aligning! this is like having a new child in the...

i modified the case of my old 219 per some instructions i found on this board. clipped off the bars housing the capsule leaving just the wire mesh. now it looks much cooler. also remove the HF extender (plastic piece in front of capsule). that made a big difference. less HF, but also less wierd reso...

hey here is yr first repsonse from some internet douder who you have no reason to believe! enjoy!....... i havna hrd a mismatched drumset that sounded 'mismatched' yet. yknow? sounds like drums. bang for buck, in my opin, are used slingerland. but who cares what i think? dont answer that. other good...
