Or are you saying that i would need to set up a project within them, and place teh indexes myself? I ask this because i do not have a ...

Pro Tools bounce to disk question

Hey guys for some reason when i bounce to disk the level of the vocals in my mix decreases. In pro tools, when monitoring at high or low volume the vocals sit very well in their rightful spot. However, after bouncing...even if the monitors are kept at the same level as they were when in PT. In fact,...

Bellari RP503mod

hey guys just wanted to give my two cents on the black lion mod for the bellari 503 channel strip. I happened upon the preamp by accident, got it free with a mic i bought off of ebay. Was never able to use it because it was just the noisiest thing in the preamp section, with the last 1/4 of the pot ...

Thanks sir.
That's what i was thinking. that it would simply give me two more inputs to my 002R. But i wasn't sure of what to clock it to and whether or not i need to clock it to something since it is a digital device.

I realize that i coul...

Tube question

Hey everybody, a few quick questions regarding tubes ( i hope )

1. what makes a tube illuminate?
2. do all tubes light up?
3. has anyone ever designed a piece of gear where the tubes illuminate the controls?

thanks

Backing Vocals

hey all
Just looking for some ideas to help backing vocals meld better in the mix, without competing or being squashed by the lead.
-does anyone use the same reverb settings on backing as lead? shorter decay/longer?
need some advice
thanks
