BOUNCING TO DISK DRAMA!

Post by XXF » Sat Sep 04, 2004 9:11 pm

i am trying to bounce a mix to disc and i keep getting an error message that reads "Program Error: An operation was attempted that will only suceed when not playing MOTU audiosys Mas MasVoice.cpp.258 (32:1). So, I then tried to bounce just one track to disc to see if I was trying to bounce too much and I got the same message. HELP!

OS, Software? I don't think I can help you here but this info. may help others help you.

Mac OSX-wise my plan of attack is usually:
1) repair permissions (via disk utility), run MacJanitor, zap PRAM
2) try a different user (if it works in another account you know it's user specific)
3) back up then delete app. prefs
4) wipe then re-intsall app.

All of the above can be adapted to OS9. On XP, etc., I'd try similar strategies.
