Um, Panther? 10.2.8, M Box, whaaa?

I finally decided to make the great leap forward and get an M Box, so I got it from Musician's Enemy since they had a promo bundle with some extra plug ins. The problem is that I have a G4 with OSX, but it's not the 10.3. panther version, it's the one just previous (version 10.2., so it won't install.

Do I have any options besides spending the $$$ for the new OSX? I know, get my ass back to my Otari 8 track and stop worrying about this digital rubbish, right? Nah, i just want to do this right. Is it still possible to get the previous version? From Digidesign or what?

Advice would be appreciated.

Pro Tools 6.1.2 will work with OSX 10.2.6 or 10.2.8
