Can anyone recommend a good PCI firewire card for 1.6GHZ G5?

I'm looking to get a PCI firewire card fot my 1.6GHZ G5 for use with a Digi002R. Anyone out there have any preferences or ideas of which cards would be a good choice?

The first G5 is regular PCI, not PCI-X, correct?

The only one that I think is compatible for use with the 002R is the ADS Pyro.
