firewire cable wiring?

Seriously, I would just get a new one. The thing about wiring a fw cable is that, if you wire it incorrectly or have any contacts touching - POOF! - you kill the firewire chip in the device or your computer.

Yeah, I just had to get a new one and did some looking on eBay. I think i found a nice Apple one at 10' for like $5 with shipping. Dirt cheap.
