nope. Pro Tools does not play well with others. Get DP4 or logic, they play nice.

does digital performer work with pc? if not what is a good pc based system besides protools. B

Sony vegas. works well with motu products, interned at a studio that had no problems with motu and vegas. Its easy to learn and to use.

on pc, go with cubase or neuendo (sp) I don't have any first hand knoledge about them with motu gear but there both great to work on.

I use a MOTU 828 w/Nuendo on my 700 MHz PIII PC and it works great, especially considering my CPU speed.
