UK Tape-Oppers- Anyone drum?

hi there
this might be a shot in the dark...
does anyone living in the UK (preferably the Midlands: I'm kinda based in Stoke via Nottingham Uni) fancy playing drums in a kinda Pavement-esque jangle pop band? There's also a dash of Slint/Epic 45 type post rock stuff in there...
