The band (or individuals applying) MUST:

Be 18 to 30 years old.

Have unique image.

Have the stage moves.

Have pro experience/credits or knock me dead talent.

Be willing and able to (a) rehearse on a heavy schedule, (b) perform on a heavy schedule, (c) tour internationally, (d) sign contracts.

Signing Band Contracts (when the artist ok?s it)
Performing 20 gigs locally. (Los Angeles)
Recording an Album in a Class-A environment with platinum credited staff.
International tour within 6 months.

its an essential part (or illusion) to being a dynamic human being!
in fact, i am most scared and bored of people who have their shit 'too together' sort of speak. to me, being square and too 'adjusted' makes for boring art. of course, it can dually mean they are great business people (see: top hollywood movies and major label cookie cutter bands!)
