More DIY type recording techiques and easy gear mods. I just love when there's a "now kids, you can try this at home" type of vibe. Oh, and more budget-minded articles/reviews for all-us tightwads trying to stretch a buck.

I second that. While I find the interviews and editorials adequately interesting, I've found that recent issues could have definitely benefitted from more tutorials and direct information.
