Tape Op on Wikipedia

Post by TapeOpLarry » Sat Mar 14, 2009 11:06 am

The listing for Tape Op Magazine somehow goes right to my own name lately! This is silly. Anyone want to start up a new entry for the mag? I feel weird doing it myself...

Not just weird, it's in violation of Wikipedia's TOS to do that.

Yeah, but they don't clamp down on that like they did when I stupidly edited my own listing! Oops. At least that warning is gone!

This issue has finally been resolved completely.

Still needs references to reliable sources. I'd do some digging if I didn't have a bus to catch in five minutes. Basically anything written by other magazines, books, credible websites are good.

Could use some history and a cover photo and some other stuff too. I'll try to do contribute some soon-ish.

All I did was put up about as much info as was up for Mix.

It's "Tape OP" as 2 words. "Tape Op" still forwards to my name! Damn! Thanks though!

I've fixed the re-direct. Would be good to still get some references from other sources in the article.

Edit: Actually, what is the real name of the magazine? Is it TapeOp or Tape Op?

"Tape Op" with a space is official. John's cover font masks that a little.
