The Tommy Garrett interview

Post by krizrox » Sat Sep 26, 2009 12:09 pm

First of all, thanks for the Tommy Garrett and Al Kooper interviews! Great stuff!!! One thing I was wondering, on page 41 of that issue, there is a picture of Snuff and Nancy Sinatra in the studio. Nancy appears to be singing into a Sony mic. Can someone comfirm the model number of that mic and a description of it? Also, wondering how far back does Sony go with their mics and pro audio gear? Would love to hear or read about various mfg's gear histories. Keep up the good work.

I agree. I'd love to hear the audio version of that interview.

Larry, post you Sony mic questions into the Whatever Works forum at Pro Sound Web and you'll get plenty of info.
