Did you guys really interview Jan Erik Kongshaug? I can't believe it! The ECM recordings he's done are some of my favorite recordings, ever, and Manfred Eicher has been notably tight-lipped about the making of those records. I cannot wait to read this interview!

Also, it's nice to see my college buddy Dave Boucher get some press. I haven't talked to him in years, but he was a really great guy and I love the Andrew Bird record he did a few years ago.

just got mine today, the ECM article was fantastic, i love how they don't care about the room or gear they just make it sound great.

bruce swedian was a treat, no compression! dude is wild but i loved his passion and approach to recording.
