Montreal is a great choice.. lived there for two years and now I'm only a few hours' bus ride away. It's an incredibly musical city home to a handful of super-talented engineers, one or two of whom may be up for speaking at a workshop..

I'd definately be there.

Montreal gets my vote too. As much as I like the idea of the Boston commute, I have to say there are a lot of disadvantages to Beantown: hellish driving if you're not used to it; public transportation is pretty good, except the "T" stops running an hour and a half before bars/clubs shut down; as Fletcher pointed out, things'll be mighty congested if there's a Sox game; general "soul-lessness"; expensive. Yes, I do live there part time.
Montreal? Please?

Pete

If you're worried about humourless cops then you don't want to go to Montreal.

Well, maybe some other year... Montreal was a very cool suggestion. Great music coming out of there and a neat city.

It will be in Tucson, June 16-18 are the dates as far as we know. This is a "secret" as we're still sorting out details. Keep checking we'll know more in a few days or weeks!
