10X19 rectangle room

Post by roelando8 » Sat Jul 21, 2007 11:16 pm

I have this room that I just put hardwood floors in.It's a rectangle 10 X 19 It has 8 foot ceilings. I will be tracking as well as mixing this room. I wanna treat the room. I am setting my console up at the end of the room. Any good ideas??

I would go with the tried and true 'OC703 bass trap' on the walls and in corners idea. If you do a little research on this site you will find more than enough info on it. I did this with about 9 traps to my tracking room which is a little bigger than yours. It works well and I'm actually able to track a whole band in there together and have it sound pretty decent.
