protools and reason.

Post by K.Hendriksen » Wed Aug 22, 2007 1:46 pm

i know about the whole rewire, but i use that to use the midi sounds for my protools recording. after i am done with getting my sounds from reason i export it as audio and then put it back into my protools onto an audio track so i can use my plugins and just have more control. now here is where i am confusing myself. i bounce to disk from my protools, i get a wav. i want to then open up reason, put that wav.{song} into something??? i mean do i create a sampler and import the wav to that? basically i just want to master the exported wav file from portools in reason. damn i am starting to comfuse myself! seeking heeelp please....

I am pretty sure there is no way to get audio into reason, just out. Bastards.

You can trigger it as a sample.

Trouble is that it only starts from the beginning where it was triggered.
