2u, 3u blank rack case... where to buy?

i cant seem to find any rack cases. it seems simple enough and i suppose i could make one but i dont feel like it. im just looking for a really simple blank rack case. something like what furman puts their cheap power conditioners in. but blank. i looked through mouser and they had one but i wanted to know what others were available. thanks.

Middle Atlantic make some that are not too spendy, also.

I know of a couple of commercial products that use them.
